Our Team Investment Philosophy Product & Services Overview Employment Opportunities	Ralph Parks President & C.E.O 35 years in financial services industry after a long career in banking. Sr. VP of Smith Barney for 13 years, previously with Merrill Lynch and Edward D. Jones. With special training on managing discretionary portfolios Ralph concentrates on managing a variety of investment portfolios for both pre- and post-retirement individual investors, businesses and corporations. MBA in Finance from Michigan State University. Has held numerous board positions. Series 7, 63 and 65, Life Accident and Health Insurance licenses held.
	Rajiv Dixit Chief Operating Officer Prior to joining Ralph Parks Investment Group , Rajiv was President and Director of Information Technology for Campus Ventures LLC. Rajiv graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Finance and Management of Information systems. As a Director of Campus Ventures Rajiv developed and co-ordinated several Information Technology & financial research projects.
	Gina Griffo Executive Vice President & Portfolio Manager Gina Griffo is the Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Ralph Parks Investment Group, LLC. Prior to accepting the position at Ralph Parks Investment Group, Ms. Griffo was a Portfolio Management Associate at Smith Barney from 1998-2005. She was previously the Assistant Bursar for the University of Rochester . Ms. Griffo has more than 8 years of investment industry experience and holds several securities licenses including Series 7, 63, 65. She has also earned Life Accident and Health Insurance licenses. .
	Valerie Adams Office Manager Having worked in a client service capacity for more than thirty years, Valerie is responsible for daily office activities as office manager. Valerie previously worked for a large financial services organization for over 11 years, managing both clients and broker activity.
	Kathryn Graf Operations Manager MS in Applied Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Ralph Parks Investment Group , Kathryn was office manager of Graf's Lawn & Landscape Services Kathryn has maintained the books and human resources. Kathryn has over four years experience in Business Operations
	Oscar T. Ortiz III Registered Rep BS in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to accepting a full time position with Ralph Parks Investment Group, Oscar was a Co-op student with the firm. Oscar holds a Series 6 securities licenses. Currently Oscar is pursuing his MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology.
